I Wanted a bigger ring selection

I was not aware that an item that was part of the 35% sale was for online only and not in the store. When I pulled the item up online nowhere on the website did it say that the item was an online only price and the store would not honor the price. I was highly disappointed rather than satisfied.

The store was out of a lot of the inventory. This was disappointing since this was the first time I visited the any Pandora store. I expected the display to show more variety but it didn't.

The store didn't have the pandora new ocean dolphin in stock due to the COVID-19 store delivery restrictions, therefore I purchased another item.

Beautiful store,Great location.Good variety,nice Manager,who came to aid new sales rep.The one extra thing I could have appreciated were more choices of spacers.Thank you

Not much selection on the Essence bracelet. The staff was friendly but didn’t really know what other products could be used with my bracket.
