The sales persons acknowledge all of the customers immediately as they arrived, and pledged to get to them ASAP. The merchandise was readily available, and I found just what I was looking for. The sales person knew where the merchandise was, and was very familiar with the store’s inventory.

Overall, the actual customer service was not in any way. Unacceptable. Nor was it unprofessional. However, I was just hoping that maybe they would be some type of military discount, especially for the holidays due to such high volume and increase in prices that they would be willing to assist the veterans.

I was not highly satisfied because I went in store to return a ring but they didn’t have the cash in store to return it. I had to go in two times in order to get my return.

Your website says I can make a purchase using afterpay in the store but when I got to the store I couldn’t. Also I don’t have the option to do store pick up online if I use afterpay.
