I called to ask if there was some merchandise in stock. I spoke with Jade on the phone which she was very helpful and professional and she offered to hold the item that was available. When I entered the store I was greeted and when this polite lady asked if I needed help Jade had her our conversation and proceeded to help me. Jade was amazing regarding her knowledge of the store. I ended up purchasing another item for my mother for Mother's Day. Jade is an asset to your company, she went over and above to help me.

I went into the Clearfork location in Fort Worth Texas and received the best help from Alejandra. I showed her what I came in for and they didn't have it but she showed be a ring close to it and I bought it that day. She was so helpful I explained to her that I went to the Northeast Mall location in Hurst Texas and received no help because they were doing inventory is what I was told but all three ladies helped the person who came in after me with no problem. She apologized even though she didn't do anything wrong. I will be recommending the Clearfork location to everyone I come across. Will be back soon for another ring.

Beautiful store and displays. Wonderful selection of jewelry. Jade was very knowledgeable about their jewelry and pleasant to talk to. Enjoyed my experience very much.

The sales associate who attended me at my Pandora purchase is called Jade she is very kind and professional at her job. She help me figure out which charm I would like to add to my bracelet.
