Excellent service

I was very happy with my Pandora experience. I am new to Pandora and got my first bracelet from my daughter on mother's day and this was my first time shopping for a Pandora item on my own and the sales associate named America made me feel really welcoming and offered excellent customer service to a first time buyer.

I’m very much satisfied with the assistance of Hannah and America. They’re a big help to me! Their manager is very accommodating as well. It’s always fun to shop at Pandora Clearfork.

The staff is always very friendly. The selection is the best out of the 3 different locations I’ve been to in Texas.

The salesperson, Annette, is very sweet with great customer service. I for sure will come back at this store to purchase more charms from Annette. She took care of me and answered all of my questions. Thank you very much, -Belle

America helped me with my purchase and was very knowledgeable and said she would help me on my next purchase as well and told me about this survey and to sign up for my birthday, however she did not offer to give me a birthday discount since my birthday was just a few days before, today is 6/8, my birthday was 6/5. I think she should have given me me my birthday discount for being a long time customer of Pandora and telling her I would be back for another purchase.

The store was very nice and pleasing to look at. The sales associate was very helpful and patient. She was very knowledgeable about pandora bracelets and charms and what not.
