Wonderful sales person. She was fairly new, but did an excellent job. I this she started in May. We went Friday evening. Another lady was working in the back she never spoke as she went in and out the back. Thank you for my product and the sales girl.

It was quick and easy, the staff personnel was respected and knowledgeable.

Regina was patient and showed each ring I chose in gold and rose gold. Regina was quick to show me anything I wanted. She also recommended new styles I wasn’t thinking of.

My wife and I stopped by the store to purchase a couple items for her bracelet. The sales person took the bracelet apart and cleaned it then showed her the proper way to assemble it. My wife is very happy. Happy wife happy life. Thank you!!

When I think about Pandora I automatically think about the charm bracelets not the rings. I was very pleased to receive a promise ring that offered my size. The store was tidy and the staff was friendly. Making the exchange was extremely easy and was no problem at all. Overall the experience was great.

Excellent helpful associate

My mom and I went in to purchase The Lion King Pandora collection. We felt super welcomed but the whole staff, but our sales associate, Alvina, was wonderful. She helped me pick out the most beautiful set of charms to go along with The Lion King theme of my bracelet! This was the first time my mom and I have purchased jewelry from Pandora!! Therefore, Alvina also took the time and showed us around the store. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in teaching me about Pandora’s jewelry and on how to care care of my new bracelet and charms!! I will definitely be back to purchase more jewelry in the future!!

Easy to find what I was looking for and very friendly staff.

The sales associate Alejandra was pleasant during my shopping experience and did not make me feel rushed during my shopping selections. Alejandra was attentive when needed to be and offered her friendly opinion when asked.
