The store had my new ring size in stock to exchange. The staff was very friendly. The sales staff had knowledge on the items and sizes in specific ring styles.

Sarah was very knowledgeable about the product she was also very pleasant and because of the customer service I received I will recommend this location if everyone I referred could work with Sarah in the other hand the person that was working with Sarah was not pleasant AND SHE DID NOT INTRODUCE. HERSELF and did not appear Friendly AT ALL other than that the experience with Sarah was GREAT....

Store was very clean, well managed, very helpful.

The assistant was friendly and knowledgable about the items. During the curbside call, she let me know that she would get the items ready for me. I wasn't expecting everything to be so neat in the ziplock bag, and it was very much appreciated.
