Yy was very friendly and patient. It’s so embarrassing but we took about 3 hours in the store and not once did I feel like she was rushing me or annoyed by me. She answered all my questions and helped me make great selections for my loved ones gifts. Will definitely be coming back!

The store was very nice with friendly service and great music. I never liked the items the store sold before, but with the nice sales staff, I had changed my mind. I created a truly classic piece that I am sure will be cherished for many years to come. I will definitely be back as I have found my new favorite jeweler place. The rose gold collection was my favorite, and I would have never known about it if it had been for YY. She was truly an angel as she walked my mom and me through so many choices. My mom and I only came in for her a new bracelet, and honestly walked out with so many possibilities. The great part was that we did not feel rushed or pressured to buy. YY even took the time to wrap the items up in the nicest way. We honestly appreciated the care she took in our appointment as I realize that she did not have to go above and beyond by even taking off her own ring to show us the great quality. Now we have purchased it as it is a lovely find that we are delighted to have our hands on. She honestly made the trip, and we can not wait to go back to shop with her as she made it feel as we shopped with friends, and that is so rare but greatly appreciated; you know, thank you.

Margarita G is so friendly and kindly to inform and showing me any charms or bracelets I want to see and trying on. She is perfectly listener and understanding customer’s needing and give an advice so clearly. She is not truong hard to push customer buy stuff and give them some idea for easier choosing favorite things.

I love visiting Pandora, the staff is always very knowledgeable and always greets me with a smile, and assists me with the utmost respect. Every purchase I make is hand designed with my needs in mind. I am always satisfied with the service and the overall cleanliness of the store and the appearance of the employees.
