Raven was very friendly and very helpful. If I were to return I would most definitely ask for her by name. She was very knowledgeable which made me trust her. She wasn’t pushy or adamant about buying certain products but, made sure I knew how to get the most out of my products.

The Pandora staff offered safety measures during the COVID pandemic. My temperature was taken and all staff had on masks. Lastly I was very pleased with the choices available for purchase at this location.

This was my very first experience with the Pandora brand. And I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the store and how the staff handled the COVID-19 protocol. As well as their professionalism, knowledge, customer interaction. Sarah was PHENOMINAL!!! Her communication, attention to detail, and listening skills were impeccable.
