The representative that assisted by the name of Sabrina was extremely courteous. I was not indecisive prior to my purchase, however she was extremely pleasant and quite patient. Although the store was extremely busy, I really appreciate her patience and quality customer service!!

My experience was fantastic. The sole reason my experience went so great was because of the associate who helped me. She was kind, helpful, and made spending my money in the store easier. I wish I could recall her name. She deserves the recognition, and a raise.

Although there was a line,I still didn’t have to wait long. The sales associate actually apologized for the “short” wait which I appreciated. She was very helpful and informed me of new merchandise that has came out since my last visit and also of merchandise to come.

Because there was no line and I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes.

Destiny was excellent!! She provided knowledgeable friendly service. She made suggestions on what was new, in sale or that she thought I might like. I love this store on the St. Charles mall. It’s always on point.
