The Pratt street store has the most beautiful well mannered young ladies they all were very very well mannered and helped me through my entire visit there were very trained on social distances and maintaining on sanitizing your hands and full face mask to help is as customers to remain COVID free I even went back 3 other times within the same week I believe that each one of these young ladies that worked on 07/27/2020 should receive some type of raise or compensation for there overall kindness and helping to keep the customers and staff COVID free and for being so very well mannered and helping others in a appropriate professional manner they deserve a bonus . Sales Associate was very helpful during our visit. Processed our return quickly. Then while shopping, even though the store was out of the specific necklace we were looking for, the Associate took the time to show us alternatives. A great, efficient shopping experience. I felt that social distancing and cleanliness of the store was outstanding and the associate was clear and friendly about the new rules. Everything was sanitized for me my whole visit. Sarah was my attentive salesperson who wished me a happy birthday and was knowledgeable about your product. She could not have been more lovely.

Team member was knowledgeable. She was friendly. She made sure the station was clean and we knew the rules for shopping.

The lady helping me was really nice and helped me pick other option since some things I originally wanted to buy was either out of stock only sold online. She also gave me a catalog so I can get clips for my charm bracelet and to look at more charms to add.

The sales associate was very friendly. very knowledgeable of the product. I just went to the store to have some charms added to my bracelet. She took care of it and offers an exchange to one of my wrong item ordered online. I love my Pandora store at the Columbia Mall.
