Customer service was grade A. Merchandise was well stocked. The associate completed my sale & wrapped my gift portion with a bow I will be returning to the Columbia store & highly recommend to my friends & family.

I purchased Pandora charms often and I took a friend and she really enjoyed the experience and she mad a $400 purchase. I also decided to get a necklace this time so I spent $150.

I ordered my jewelry online and had it shipped to me. When I discovered my bracelet was too big, I called the store to see if I could exchange it. The associate said I could and offered to size me for the perfect fit. When I arrived, she did exactly that and gave me tips on how to care for my new purchase.
