Long time customer and manager is very good...sales staff are good but not always on top of new merchandise...not all new is out...you have to ask then the find it which takes time...hard to locate pricing on some items but process is getting better...takes longer.

My sales associate was a pure sweetheart! She was so friendly and helpful especially after having her wisdom tooth pulled the day before. I really appreciate her attitude and constant smile even in pain. She made my shopping experience so much better.

The location in The Mall at Columbia always provides great customer service and has an inviting atmosphere. I came here because the customer service at the Towson Mall was very deterring. Two sales associates, on 2 separate visits, told me that I had to go back to the Mall in Columbia location in order to exchange my defective bracelet, because that’s where it was originally purchased and they wouldn’t exchange it at Towson; I will never purchase from the Towson location again.

Once we were able to get in the store, the experience was very quick and efficient. The representative was very friendly and was able to complete the transaction quickly. We watched the cleanup process between store visitors and were very satisfied with the job done!

I called the store to place an order. Bria knew exactly what I wanted and was able to put the charm on hold for me until I could pick it up the next day. I called the store when I got to the curbside pick-up area and within 20 minutes, Bria brought the charm to my car. She was very friendly and courteous!
