First of all the Pandora, Columbia Mall, store had the item I wanted (bracelet.) Nia, the sales associate, provided great customer service; was very knowledgeable on the product; went above and beyond to locate the best bracelet size for me. (Though I tried on size 19, Nia informed me that there was a smaller size, a size 17, that would be a better fit for my small wrist. The size 17 was not in the case; Nia checked for availability, and found it.)

I have shopped at this location (Columbia Mall, MD) numerous times and ALL of the customer service representatives are EXCELLENT!!!! I was in the store purchasing for my fiancée's birthday and I was wonderfully taken care of by "Gabby". She is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. She took her time to make sure I received just what I was looking for and then even gift wrapped the items separately. She really went out of her way to ensure it was a perfect experience!! I'll be back - soon!!

This store location in Columbia Maryland was the only location near me that offered curbside sales. I cannot shop in store as my family member is at very high risk For Covid-19. I appreciate this very much!!!!!

Nancy helped my husband and I with purchasing a new charm bracelet and charms. She was knowledgeable and listen to what we were looking for. I would definitely go back to her to purchase more charms in the near future.

So I came in with my mind set already on what im buying. So it was very put at ease once I walked in and showed a picture of the piece I wanted. So I was in and out in a jiffy.

a sales associate met me at the door and informed that someone would be with me as soon as capacity allowed. once i was in the store. Simone was extremely helpful & polite; she even gave my daughter a bracelet (cute pink bow). the only thing i dislike about this store is the size of it.
