From the start of my mother and I waiting in line to go to the store, the associates were friendly. Brenda, who help with picking our merchandise, was super helpful and very friendly! It was an overall satisfying experience.

We’re in the middle of a pandemic and the store is practicing social distance by only allowing 6 customers at a time. They cleaned the stations, the card readers/registers & the charms. The customer service I received ensued I’d be a returning customer!

The wait outside of the store wasn’t long and the woman outside letting people in was really nice. The girl who helped me inside the store was also super nice. I think her name was Brenda, I wasn’t 100% sure what i was looking for but she was able to pick out the perfect earrings for me! She definitely made me feel welcomed and feeling like I want to come back to that store
