The experience was very pleasant. I like the store very much.

Even though when I got there in Columbia Mall we had to wait in line, but the wait was not long. I went to the salesperson she was accommodating, she even was helpful in matching the free gift with the other charms I had.

The store in Columbia is always friendly and they allow you to take your time to make decisions. I actually left the store in Annapolis Mall and came to Columbia because the associates in Annapolis were more interested in being huddled up and not caring for customers yet saying "we'll be right with you". After 5+min of waiting for them to wrap up their conversations, I realized they were not so I left. Glad I did - everyone in the store in Columbia were awesome!

Did not plan on shopping Pandora this day but the bright, neat display drew me in. Browsed a few minutes and was asked if I had been helped.
