I always receive good service when I shop in the Pandora store...my daughter was there and she purchased a bracelet and three charms! She’s hooked now!

Although the line seemed long to enter the store it took less than 30 minutes to complete my purchase

This was my first time in the store and had no idea how to start. The manager and staff person who helped me were amazing. Their willingness to help and expertise made me feel at ease with my purchase.

The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products. In addition, she took the time to show me how to properly clean and maintain my bracelet. Nancy, I believe was her name was just a pleasure to work with great employee!

Everyone is well uniformed and the young lady who assisted me was the sweetest.
