I went to the pandora because this store had the bracelet that I wanted. I arrived to the store had a short wait, just due to the safety with Covid-19. Which I had no problem with. Rebecca then let me know that she was able to help me. She made sure I was sanitized. I told her what I was looking for. She asked to see my wrist so that she could get me the right size, which she was on point when she got the bracelet. She asked if I would like to wear it out as I had many other Pandora’s on my arm, which I liked cause it saved me on packaging and it went well with my other pieces. She asked if I need anything else. I let her know that, that would be it. She rung me up and I was happy with my service and purchase.

Joy was amazing. She was very patient and helpful. I told her my desire and she helped fulfill the perfect look. I left very satisfied. I can’t wait to build my next bracelet.
