Love the charms. The sales lady was very helpful. Pandora charms and bracelets have gained a shopper in me and my daughter, we both love different ideas and we use those to get each other charms.

I was very impressed with the level of customer service that was given to me and my best friend. Morgan F was amazing! She was helpful.. patient... kind hearted and high spirited! She shared stories about her Pandora bracelets which really made the experience personable. She was the highlight of our visit!

The employees make you feel welcomed inside of the store. The type of service & what they duty there to help us find what we want is amazing. Also the knowledge that the employees have.
