I am not a fan of lines at all, but didn’t have to wait long. I was expertly assisted by an elegantly dressed young lady named Morgan (and I don’t normally remember names). I remembered hers because of how helpful, pleasant and patient she was. She made my extreme aversion to lines feel as if I was strolling through the store with guidance. I was on and off that line in no time flat! Morgan was amazing and she made Pandora’s customer service shine.

My original purpose was to pick up an online order. The salesperson (Selina) noticed the charm that was pulled for the order was dull & "old" looking. She immediately replaced the charm with another of better quality. We spoke about gifts for younger girls--I ended up spending an additional $200 as a gift for a child that is about to be adopted by my friend. Selina and I spent a while picking out the perfect charms for this momentous event. This gift will also allow me to continue shopping at Pandora for charms to mark future events in this child's life! Nancy Employee #:198454 went above and beyond in servicing my wife and I. She also was sweet and acknowledge our daughter whom took a liking to her. Nancy took her time with us in showing the differences in chains and o pendents and helped me pick the best one for the layered look I was going for! Nancy is a ROCKSTAR! I hope to work with her again in the near future!
