I went to Pandora to get help with a bracelet that was a gift giving to me for Christmas that was too big. The young lady that helped me was very helpful. She found the right size bracelet that I needed and I was able to exchange my bracelet for the right size.

The products I wanted were readily available. The sales associate was knowledgeable and prompt. The jewelry is beautiful and high quality.

Even though there was an extremely long line to get into the store the line moves fast and the sales associate helped me find everything I was looking for and if it was out of stock she help me pick something else

It’s not much I can say I was there for a short period of time the lady helped me fast I showed her what I wanted and she made the sale fast I’m very satisfied

Good customer service however some items are a little pricey for jewelry that can still change colors.
