I am glad you have this section, as I do want to mention that although the CDC has allowed the stores to make their own mandates, you are still holding to basic Phase 1. It really should not be mandatory for face masks and only so many in a store under the amount for going into Phase 3. I can understand the hand sanitizer. Makes sense touching the charms, etc. But the masking should only be necessary for those unvaccinated. Social distancing also makes sense. Also, the long wait outside the door is uncomfortable and unnecessary. But even more, the is no Greeter as mentioned to wait for before getting in line. I guess I can understand it's a small store and only so many people can be there for the reasons of Social Distance, ie. But the masking is not necessary.

Experience with sales person was enjoyable. She was knowledgeable and kind. She also gave me some great ideas about building my own bracelets. She made up for a previous poor experience.
