We had visited 3 stores and the staff at this store in Columbia was friendly and very helpful. They offered selections when we could not get a specific charm. Also I called ahead to confirm they had a specific charm the sea turtle. They held 2 for me for about 2 hours. The entire team was supportive and knowledgeable.
