Through out visits to this Pandora over time , the staff has always been friendly. Today’s visit was quick and smooth sailing. I was helped within a certain time and feel overwhelmed with the constant “ do you need help with anything” while shopping.

The associate that helped us, Victoria was very friendly and knowledgeable so it made the shopping experience very pleasant. She was very helpful and honest with helping my mom find her ring size and a ring that she liked

As soon as my husband and I waked in Gabriela greeted us in her friendly voice. I was shopping for my God daughters Sweet 16 and she recommended the perfect gift. Gabriela in your Columbia, Md store also cleaned my 2 out of 4 bracelets. I truly enjoyed working with her. Thank you again Gabriela 😊
