My experience was excellent. There were two young ladies that help me with my purchase. One was a white girl and the other was a black girl.(sorry to describe them like that.) the white girl wow very pleasant and sweet seem to be relatively new and not extremely knowledgeable which was OK however the black girl only was sweet and pleasant. She was extremely knowledgeable. I came there with the intentions on spending no more than $350 because my budget was approximately 400 however, she ended up showing me a piece that cost $595. It was the safety chain and she explained to me that I needed this product and demonstrated exactly how it worked. I have over six grand invested into my bracelet and although my grand total of $630 was $230 beyond my budget I was sold and convinced kudos to your staff and hiring managers excellent customer service also at the end of everything, she encouraged me to do the survey and explain the benefit of the money. I’ll save on my next purchase if I did so I’m a GM for Car Dealership and I’ve been doing it for 20 years. I almost wanna go back and offer her a job just kidding. I’ll let you keep her that way all your customers are you satisfied it’s me !!!

I was able to grab what I needed and the attendant did a great job. The necklace I brought was great and I loved the discount I was able to use. Everything worked out great I definitely going to return, great job to everyone.

The Pandora employee helping me with a gift I was purchasing was a lot of help and very friendly. she helped draw a design on a pendant that I was buying.

New items have recently came out and the salesperson made sure I knew. She gave good options and even offered more than I asked.
