The sales associate Alainna was very helpful and caring about what I wanted. She went above and beyond my expectations. She was very patience with me and me great feedback.

Sales associates were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable.

When I walked into the store I was greeted with a a friendly "hello" and asked if I needed any help or if I was looking for anything in particular. I never felt pressured to make a purchase while in the store (though I did). The sales associate was wonderful and we shared many laughs. I will visit this store again in the near future :).

She understood the importance of what I was purchasing and even cried with me as I shared the story. I was grateful to have someone who helped me make the right selections for this gift.

Knowledgeable staff

The sale reps are very friendly, always smiling and she was very knowledgeable of all that I ask. This is one of my favorite store.

The store wasn't to busy. The sales staff was very polite and knowledgeable. I just wish that the sales associate had given me the option if I wanted my mom's gift wrapped so that was a little disappointing because I totally forgot that you guys did that

The sales associate at the Columbia mall that attended me was wonderful. So polite, went above and beyond for my purchases and just beautiful energy. Better then the pick up at Montgomery mall where they don’t even look at you to attend, you have to go to them to be acknowledge.
