The person who helped us was very polite and friendly. She helped us very quickly and with a smile. I love visiting the Columbia mall location because everyone is so nice every time.

The sales associate was patient and took her time to find options that worked for me. This included making adjustments and re-arranging my bracelet multiple times. SHe made me feel like I was the only customer in the store.
