The sales rep was very nice to us, didn't pressure us with any sale or product, allowed us to make our own choices but gave useful feedback anytime we asked her a question on each bracelet we were interested in. She even got my brother to get one. It was our first experience with Pandora and we can't wait to come back and buy additional charms.
