Alainna at the Columbia Mall was exceptionally kind. She’s has great customer service as she is relatable and genuine.

Desiree (manager at the Columbia Store) is amazing. She was able to check that the merchandise was available and then held it at the store until the next day for me to pick up. I appreciate her support and kind gesture especially during a busy time at the store. The sales associate who helped complete my purchase was nice well-but I truly appreciate Desiree for the extraordinary customer service, which is also reflected in her staff.

COVID safety protocol was implemented, allowing a restricted number of customers in the store at any time. Though the line was formed outside of the store and it was near closing hours, all customers were accepted and serviced. My salesperson, Isabel, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to purchase exactly what I intended to.

The associates are awesome. I did like that i had to wait in line outside the store for over 30minutes but thats due to holiday shoppers. I love this place

I was given great costumer service by one of the associates his name is Ethan. He works at the Columbia Mall location, He was great he helped me pick out charms and stay in my budget and he even let me know that there was a sale going on for the charms and we chatted and I had a great time picking out my charm bracelet and charms I told him I will be back In the summer to receive great costumer service from him again!
