Each location almost always have what I’m looking for. The associate gets it immediately, and assists with arrangements on my bracelets. Also it is always speedy without feeling rushed.

Alaianna was very inviting and eager to help. I came in for something for someone but ended up getting something for myself and my sister. She was very patient, helpful and sweet. We had lots of laughs. She was great!

I called prior to coming in. The sales person was so nice she placed my items on hold although she was not there when I arrived she provided excellent CS on the phone. Jocelyn was very knowledgable of the merchandise. I placed three items on hold and ended up leaving with six items:) I will definitely be back

The staff were friendly and ready to help. I came in to get a different size ring than what I received from an online order and that process was easy. I’ve received a Pandora ring set a few years ago and the paint is wearing off and diamonds are scratches and getting darker. They said I couldn’t get new ones she they couldn’t repair the paint of Diamond problem…. Just kind’ve apologize with no solution besides look on the a website to see if there’s a solution. Why is there not a lifetime guarantee for wear and tear to be fixed?
