I came in because I wanted to have a defective item repaired and to make a purchase. Both were accomplished with great ease. Nancy exceeded my expectations. She replaced the product and was very helpful with identifying an appropriate gift for a family member.

I was satisfied with the service and the level of knowledge the young lady displayed. She also was very helpful with showing other items that might look nice with the merchandise that I already had. She also told me about getting information about becoming a member of the Pandora club.

I was impressed with the salesperson (Alainna) professionalism, knowledge and suggestions.

Prompt service, Friendly assistance made me happy to make a relevant purchase. I bought hometown related charms for myself!
