I intentionally came to this Pandora because I knew I would receive better service than I did at the one located in Christiana Mall. I was looking for a specific item and while Christiana did not have my size, I felt the sales associate was trying to push another item on me. At the Columbia Mall, the sales associate was very nice and accommodating. Plus, this store had exactly what I was looking for but the associate also showed me other items.

I was greeted when I first walked in. I always appreciate feeling valued when I’m walking into an establishment to spend money. Sometimes people only greet you based on appearance which is morally wrong.
