Isabel was amazing. She was so friendly and personable. I had a online pick up in store order and Isabel actually took the time to show me other charms so I bought two more. I had no intention of buying anything besides picking up my order but after talking to her ci could not help myself. Isabel is awesome and she made my experience so enjoyable. Not to mention she was honest with her opinions and I really respected that. I would go back to the store just to she her again.

Brontray is truly an asset to Pandora. I have worked with her on more than one occasion and I am never disappointed. She is always very kind, knowledgeable and professional. During my visit today there was no difference. She spent almost an hour with me to find charms and accessories, inspect my bracelets and replace one of them when she detected damage. If all of that wasn't enough, she rearranged all of my bracelets to make sure they were in proper placement, and I was happy. I enjoy coming to the Pandora store in Columbia MD; I have never had a bad experience. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and send them directly to Brontray for help and service. She's the best!
