The selection, price and friendly helpful service was great. My sales associate Jen was extremely polite and did everything that I asked for. Watching her do the engraving was something that I was very interested in doing. I highly recommend this store and kudos to Jen.

BRONTRAY IS EXCEPTIONAL AT HER JOB!!! I followed her from the Inner Harbor store to the Columbia store. I love solid and friendly customer service and she represents the best of the best with her knowledge of the merchandise.

Yesterday when I went to buy a gift for my mother this young lady named India really took the time to show me different jewelry. She was patient and her energy really made the experience better . She helped me with this happy strong energy . Really was just a awesome experience.
