Very busy for Mother's Day and we were still able to move quickly thru the line and the staff were efficient, thorough and pleasant while being mindful of our individual transaction. NO RUSHING OR SHORTNESS THOUGH THE STORE WAS FULL WITH A LONG LINE OUTSIDE. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

While in line there was an associate who offered me a catalogue. She also came back to see if I had any questions. Once inside Nancy (Columbia Mall) was extremely friendly and helpful.

I was giving a book in line to pick out my charm. An attendant came to me in line outside the store. She was very knowledgeable and asked very pointed questions.
