My sales associate Anibelle (I think that’s how you spell her name) at the Columbia Mall, MD made all the difference. She was so friendly, Patient and really want to help. Her customer service and knowledge was exceptional. She would be the main reason I would return.

When I first went in they were super crowded. Everyone was working together to be sure all customers were being tended to. Jocyln was so sweet, helpful and a great salesperson. I will not go back to your Townson Town Center store ever again. Columbia has the best customer service

The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable. Based on what I wanted, she was able to find rings that fit my description and gave great advice. Now that I wore my new rings, I have received many compliments and I am sending all my friends to the local Pandora store.
