My sale associate Nicole (223602)was awesome Very patient, Knowledgeable, very kind. Honestly this location isn’t my favorite Customer service isn’t that great here (Columbia mall ) but this associate (223602 changed that for me on May 27th She was very helpful. She even helped me build my bracelet. She needs to train some of the other employees at this location on how to treat a customers. My past experiences here has been horrible. Thanks Nicole for everything! You rock!

So I had wanted a Pandora charm bracelet for a long time, so I finally went and got a beautiful gold charm bracelet and the store associate Alainna deserves a raise! Let me say she was super helpful and when I finally got my mickey/minnie mouse charm it was so adorable!! :)
