Allianna was excellent. She put together a bracelet for my daughter’s BBF. She was patient, kind, she connected with my daughter, made conversation, extremely professional and knowledgeable of the products. I had issues with my card, he put the bracelet on hold and I was able to come pick it up the next day. I hope she received the credit. Wonderful experience.

I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. I was offered assistance immediately. The associate asked what occasion I was shopping for and gave suggestions. She packaged my purchase nicely, and thank thanked me for shopping .

The customer service lady greeted me as soon as I Walked into the store. She was very pleasant and well mannered. She was knowledgeable about the jewelry and had many suggestions to offer me upon arrival. Her name was Kyra.! She was awesome.

I didn’t have time to order online before walking into the store but the workers were very helpful in assisting me right away. I was in there for less than 5 minutes to pick out two charms for my mother’s birthday and leave with ease.

The sales associate was extremely helpful and friendly. She brought what I asked for and completed the purchase quickly. That Pandora store had what I needed and I will surely be back to complete my daughter’s bracelet!

The lady was very knowledgeable about Disney charms. She also had a great personality. And she helped convince my husband I needed two charms instead of one.
