I wish I had made my initial purchase from this Pandora's in Columbia instead of the one in Dulles Virginia. The young lady who assisted me was awesome. She was friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. Because of her, I purchased an extra charm...unlike the sullen person at the Dulles location. To think I spent almost $700 dollars at the Pandora Dulles location. I was also treated better at the Pandora's in Mexico than I was at Dulles. I was very pleased with the assistance, friendliness and professionalism I encountered at the Columbia location and shall frequent the location often.

Nancy was great, she was quick and efficient. When i first walked in she was the greeter and asked if i needed any assistance.
