Sales person was excellent and patience since this is my 1st time at Pandora she was extremely help full to me with all her knowledge.

They had a great selection. The sales girl provided several options and showed how to create various looks, and she was patient and showed several combinations.

The costumer service is really nice, clean place, friendly workers and the lady that helped me out was really nice and she did a really lovely gift wrapped

I was highly satisfied during my experience because I didn't have to wait to be serviced. My salesperson was very nice and personable. She was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

I attempted to make a purchase online but several items were out. When I actually went into the store those items were in stock and they had additional charms from the Pandora ME collection that were not even listed on the website. It was bothersome but in the future I'll probably not use the 'pickup in store' option on the website.

Brontray is the best! She has excellent knowledge of the merchandise and she is really great with customers!
