The associate gave me the wrong charm

Unfortunately the salesperson Rebecca did not adequately explain to me that there were several sizes of 'sharms' and I made a mistake when buying. It was a gift for my wife who has a bracelet but I think the associate should have explained the sizes to me, since that is her job, clearly I am not an expert in Pandora. I made the purchase and while still in the store I noticed the error. The associate, who seemed annoyed, did not even say "sorry" at any time, she certainly made the return but I had a hard time, I lost time and now I must wait for the refund of my money in 'maybe a week' as you indicated the saleswoman. I love Pandora, I have bought before and in fact I already bought what I needed in the online store, however, I am not satisfied with the treatment given by that seller. I thought I would get good service but it was not like that.

Pandora does not listen

The review is in relation to the overall order. A gift was purchased. The gift came damaged. The recipient tried to exchange it for a new one and was told they were unable to in person. They were also told that the new one must me sent to me, not them. When asked to change the address one employee told the recipient that that could not and a follow up email has gone unanswered after 24 hours.

This was my daughter's 14th birthday and she wanted to look at some rings, the sales associate Rebecca Z told my daughter she was not allowed to look at the rings she wanted. Rebecca was very unprofessional, rude, and not helpful at all.

The employee was helpful and nice, however the whole experience is much like what is 2020. For my birthday, none, and I mean none, of the original plans were put into motion. This gift from Mom, and I was super looking forward to showing off the new bracelet she got. Well it was broke, so we go The Mall in Columbia. After a bit I am told the I need to drive to Hagerstown, MD. I am being told by the employee viewing the Pandora App that the only way for me to get a replacement item for the failed item is to drive 68.8 miles west to the Pandora store and use the gift card that I will be issued to buy the replacement item. I ask twice, and get the same answer. No offer to ship a replacement to me. Would you "buy" another of the same item from the local 120+ miles away store and hope that one does not fail? Or would you take the gift card and buy something else? But what? I mean that something else is to remind you of this experience and what is 2020? Atrocious, awful, dismal, customer service and product has darken my view on the company of Pandora. Which is a shame, as I did enjoy wearing my bracelet(s) and gifting items to the wife, mother and others. 1200 is not enough

I bought a Minnie Disney ring and one of the diamonds already fell out after one day. I just bought this ring and the diamond fell out like seriously!

I came into the Columbia location to make an exchange, and a return I was treated rudely by Carol who is the store manager. She presented a receipt to me with the policy on it and did not state it correctly. When I tried to show her way the policy actually stated she snatched it back from me. I expressed to her that her demeanor made me uncomfortable, and I was embarrassed. Everything I purchased from this store in Columbia will be returned. I will never shop at this location again.

I made a purchase online and received the wrong merchandise. Ive called and emailed customer service twice with no response. I called the Columbia MD store and was told to come in for an exchange. When I arrived at the store I was told I could not exchange the items shipped to me. Sales associate told me to call corporate again. They couldn't help me. It is now just days before Christmas and I don't have my gifts.
