The salesperson made me feel from the beginning that I was not able to afford something and proceeded to show me something else. She was not a at ease person. How she know that I wasn’t able to afford something before she indicated how high something was.

I placed the order four weeks ago no response so I called and he was telling me that they were checking other stores to if they had itBut the other stores did not have it so then they had to order it I guess from corporate or wherever it is supposed to have came from and this is after the second time that I checked on my order first time I called the second time I walked in the store so I had to settle for the next bracelet size down

During my visit the sales associates and manager were of great help. Unfortunately my sister and I were racially harassed by another customer who, throughout our entire shopping experience, invaded our personal space, used profanities toward us, and constantly yelled "I don't deal with black people". I personally had to request for security to be called to the store which the manager assisted with. Although this customer yelled racial obscenities to us, this Pandora location continued to allow him to shop at their store which was VERY disheartening. I love Pandora, but unfortunatly because the associates continued to allow this racist customer to shop there it made me feel that as a company, Pandora condones this type of behavior and customer service. As a minority, it has deterred me from shopping at Pandora and I will no longer be making purchases with this company.

Needed to find out how to utilize the reactivate coupon. I purchased 2 sets of charms from different stores. Mgmt did not try to resolve the problem. I was also cut off by customer service

I went to purchase new charms. After I made my selection Jocelyn W. (sales associate) went to add the charms to one of my existing bracelet. She told me that there was an issue with my bracelet and she would have to cut it in order to get my 3 charms off and I would have to buy a new chain which was done. She then attempted to put my old charms on the new chain when they would not go on she said, "Oh it wasn't the chain it's the actual charms to which I replied " you just made me purchase a new chain for nothing and now the 3 old charms will not go on, these are charms you no longer offer and are from my children. Jocelyn said there was nothing she could do I would have to call customer service and they will replace the charms with something similar. This type of customer service is unacceptable. A customer should not have to call an 800 number to correct an error an associate made in the store. She should have refunded me for the unnecessary purchase of the chain and replaced or given me similar charms for the 3 she removed since I would never have allowed her to cut my chain and take the charms off if she gave the correct info to me initially.

My associate was very rude and she made me feel unappreciated and like I wanted to steal the merchandise and like I was low cuss and I had no more or desire to purchase I really did not like how I was treated nor did I like how she made me feel.

Rude associates. Took their masks off. Told everyone in the store no masks needed. Had at least 50 people in the store. Tried to shake my hand and stood real close.
