With this COVID going on the store is too small. I wanted to see all the charms but couldn’t and when I tried the lady did assist on getting the charms out and moving them but I’ll shop online this was too much for me

I went to the store I knew what I wanted saw the item ready to pay and be on my way ,but I had to wait 40 minutes just to get help had to put my name on a list and wait to be called, I watched for 20 minutes someone being help and they didn't even buy anything , there should be someone available for customers who knows exactly what they want and is ready to buy ,if this item was for me I WOULD NOT HAVE WAITED THAT LONG TO SPEND MY MONEY , it's a foolish process Pandora has and a huge discouragement from going to the store.

We’re asked to stand in a line outside store for a while because only one consumer per sales associate in store. I asked why not allow a few extra people into store (4-5) so they can peruse and once an associate is available the service will be faster and the line can move faster. Currently it was set up that you go in and you are with associate so it takes much longer bc you have not had time to peruse and holding up associate when that person could be helping someone else. This also would affect sales bc no impromptu purchase. Plus once I was in store with associate I felt rushed bc I knew other people wanted to also make purchases so I was not able to fully explore the store or have all my questions answered. This experience took the fun out of shopping

The readiness of the sales associates was not great. Wait time was extremely long, with it only being 2-3 buyers.

Unfortunately, my experience at your Columbia location was appalling. You can clearly tell that Pandora employees at this location are focused on commission as opposed to the customer experience. I visited the location with the two children, hoping for a beautiful experience as my daughter selected her first charm. Instead, we were ignored dismissed and ultimately felt unwanted in this establishment. Jackie, a sales associate at this location single-handedly made this experience one I will never forget and not positively. I can’t describe in words quite how humiliating and insulting the entire interaction in that store was for both my children and I. Sadly, it has tarnished my opinion of Pandora and will be returning the bracelet and charm I bought for my daughter.

The sales person should ask… so what brings you in today… what styles are you interested in… ASK QUESTIONS… make a sale… interact with the clients

I was working with one associate the got past to another which during this time the associate acted like she did want to help me. My engrave meant on my charm is Messed up and I’m out of $55 dollars. Never will I return to the Columbia location

I tried on a sample bracelet in the store and had my purchases boxed up and when I went to put it on the next day it’s not the same bracelet, it’s way to big and fell of my arm.

I had to return my bracelet two times in less than a month . The sales associate was not very helpful the second time I came , her focus was more on the tablet to scan the receipt and searching for one that worked. As well the email address, the original sales associate never asked for my boyfriend’s email when he bought my gift. The bracelet was poor quality did not get to enjoy the bracelet. I had to settle for something else.
