I have not received a good experience at this location. The sales associates do not portray good customer service. I feel as I am a problem when they are working with me.

Sales associate was not really knowledgeable w...merchandise...helpful when putting items on... Did not clean merchandise.

There was a line of 15 plus people. There were two sales who associates were waiting on people at the back 1/3 of the line ignoring the people who had already been waiting 20 or more minutes. When I asked one of them why I was told they were told to help those who knew what they wanted, I said you should start with the people waiting longest not the back of the line. She asked me if I knew what I wanted and in 3 minutes I was gone. I’ll never go back to this store.

inability to look at merchandise, had to look through a catalog and choose what I wanted to see in person (not allowed to walk through the store at all) . Sales associate knew merchandise but didn't seem enthused about helping/giving input on adding/placement of charms on my bracelet. The only reason I checked somewhat likely to go back to that location is to do get a refund.

The sales person had a printout of the charms that were 50% off, most of the charms I selected were out of stock or the store didn’t carry them. I felt they should have had an updated list.

I waited in line for an hour before I could get into the store to make an exchange. That is totally unsatisfactory.

The person that assisted us (Karla Z #198455) was extremely short and rude. She was very short when answering questions and did not attempt to show us any merchandise we had questions about. I had asked about a number of charms and without looking she just said that it wasn't in stock. This was the worst experience i've had at Pandora and we've been shopping there for the last four years.

I don’t want satisfied because the charm that broke was retired. I had to get a new one that wouldn’t have the same emotional value.

I visited this pandora to purchase two Harry Potter charms. I clearly requested and pointed to the deathly hallows charm and the "HP" circular charm. While the sales associate retrieved the charms from the cabinets, I continued browsing. He rang up my charms without asking me if I was done shopping, and spent most of the time looking out the door and window paying more attention to customers standing in line than he paid to me. I was still browsing when he said "your total today is..." When he presented the tablet for payment, the payment screen was already up and had the total price along with an "insert your card" instruction. The price was about what I expected from browsing online, so I was okay with not seeing the breakdown of charges. I elected for an email receipt. When I got home and opened my bag, I saw he had given me an H charm and a P charm, instead of the Harry Potter "HP" circular charm I requested and pointed to. Perhaps if he had not been rushing me through my purchase and given me his full focus and attention this ridiculous mistake wouldn't have happened.
