The inventory to the store was a pure mess. They had no charm I wanted. I was forced to purchase a sell charms. I didn’t have nothing else to choose from. The computer said they had charms they couldn’t find. I wasted about 30 mins looks for a charm that was never found.

The associate wasn’t very friendly , she wasn’t as customer service oriented as the other associates that work there that I totally love to help me.

I originally ordered online, I went to store to exchange because of size. I asked the associate for a better gift box than the one provided thru online. I was told they were not allowed to give the nicer boxes to online customers. That’s a problem because I’m a customer and online or not, I should have received the gift box. In addition, it was the sarcasm of the sales associate that was less than satisfactory. Her response was “ that’s why I don’t order online, because you don’t know what you are getting” if online customers are not afforded the same items/service then perhaps you should shut it down. As for the associate her personality was flat and nonchalant and she was training a new person which was even worse.

I went in to have my bracelet cleaned and to inquire about a blue leather bracelet. I looked at another charm for my bracelet while I was waiting. When the associate brought my bracelet to me it looked like it had a film on it, not shiny, very dull. I commented on this as I continued to look at other charms even stating if I put this new charm on my bracelet it will really stand out because the others don't shine. The sales person did not say anything. I bought a new charm and left the store. When I got home I was so upset. Later that night I decided to take out my polishing cloth to see if I could make it better. I cleaned my bracelet and the polishing cloth was black. My bracelet was so dirty. I feel like I was not valued as a customer and I will be returning the charm. The store was not busy, so i can't even use that as a excuse. There were 5 employees there and one other customer while I was there. I'm very disappointed.

Salesperson was bland! She didn’t make any recommendations and or offer any suggestions to add to my bracelet or try to give me suggestions on a birthday gift. She just didn’t sell the product.

The associates were rude and a receipt was supposed to be emailed to me, but was never received.

Diane the owner and Ecem and Nancy were just looking outside at me from the register, like they were trying to figure out if I wanted to come in or not. But Gabby finally came to the door after a 4-5 minute wait outside and said they would be right with me. Jocelyn was nice and helped me get what I needed but when I asked about a sale item, it seem as if she didn't want to show me and she didn't. Bottom-line, I truly do not like this experiences I been having at this location, first with Morgan and now this, unfortunately it's the closes

Really wish the sales specialist cared more. I came in there to buy earrings, and an extra charm for my bracelet. I felt rushed not attended to and overall poor customer service.

The sales associate was very rude. We explained we were there to buy a charm for my birthday and she went to get the birthday charms. However when I asked to see Disney she rolled her eyes at me and huffed. To the point where I didn’t want to ask to see anything else.
