because the trip to the store should've been unnecessary. I ordered a charm that showed as available online and three days later I received an email that the order could not be filled. I still have not received a response to my inquiry as to why I was able to order the charm if it was out of stock!

I dropped off my bracelet for cleaning and when I got it back, it was missing one charm. I had to ask about it in order to have it returned back to me. If I had not realized that one charm was missing, I would have had gone home not knowing where the charm went. I think that this is very unprofessional and irresponsible to do so since Pandora charm are expensive.

The sales associate was not very friendly. I approached her. She didn't seem like she wanted to help I asked her for a specific piece of jewelry in the case and she went and got something different. She then left me to continue looking on my won and another associate saw that I needed something and started to assist me.

The sales woman I was working with was cold, unfriendly, uninterested, dull. I was buying a birthday present for my daughter and was super excited. After working with the sales woman her energy was extremely discouraging. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. She should not work with the public.

I purchase two chain silver me too necklace and bracelets, earings, charms, rings. The me to link chain parts that you put the charms or colored link on. They broke as got caught on to something and I went to get replacement parts but didn't carry had to pay $20 each for much smaller ones. You should carry larger ones as you make them why not carry them.

The sell woman was really boring, she look like she did not want to deal with me. She was not interested in helping me out. She had a boring face.

I was waiting to be helped and another customer was helped who came in after me. Then a couple of minutes I believe the manager came to help me.

She couldn’t answer any questions and did not know the pandora stock. I told her I had coupon but was never given opportunity to use it.

It took a long time before anyone was able to help me. And the bracelet I wanted they didn’t have the size in stock and I ended up having to go to another location to get the bracelet. And the staff that Hale led me wasn’t very friendly.

I was disappointed you don’t send your jewelry to repair any more . I would have to purchase another kind of bracelets.
