The sales associate was not friendly and kept mumbling. I had a lot of exchanges to make and they did not want to be there.

Just seemed to get rushed even though there were not many customers in the store. Team does not seem friendly until they determine you are going to buy something. I lover the charms just need to feel like I am valued.

I have spent lose to $1000 in under 2 month and every time I ask at different location about cleaning my bracelet they all say the machine is broken. Now I know they are lying there no way all location are broke.

Sales associate not friendly, didn't offer suggestions, didn't offer gift wrap, as I mentioned I was buying a gift for my daughter. Placed the receipt on top of box instead under bracelet.

Associates were not as bubbly but could have been since the store had just opened. One bubbly spirit can make someone who may be having a bit so grand morning day. Interacting with the customer while selling is key but overall I love pandora

I had to move and approached the girl because she did not have intention to move at all. I did not feel welcome as I used to be every time I go there. Then, I asked for a specific price and she did it but later came with some 3x the price suggestions which I did not get it. For me, it looked like she does not belong to the store.

The employee was very distracted and spent more time chatting with someone else about the speeding of their name vs. helping me complete my transaction.

While I was having my bracelet cleaned, I asked another sales associate about the choices for the $199.00 gift set. She seemed 'rushed' and showed me what she 'thinks' is 2 of the bracelets and she 'wasn't sure' what the 3rd choice is. She also told me there weren't many choices for the charms. She said they are 'mostly for birthdays and such'. When I asked to see a sample gift set she told me 'we used to have one, but now it's gone'. She seemed to not be interested in helping me, although she had just finished helping my daughter. When I returned to pick up my bracelet, I asked my original sales person (the one who cleaned my bracelet) the same question. She took me directly to the sample gift set and took time to show me the bracelet choices and explain exactly how the gift set could be put together. I ended up buying the gift set from my original sales person.
