I recently purchased my first Pandora items in Ketchikan and Juneau Blue Diamond stores. BOTH STORES TOLD ME I COULD RETURN MERCHNANDISE ANYWHERE AS LONG AS I HAD RECEIPT. As I looked at the bracelet, I realized I did not like it $500 worth and tried to return it in Md store. Associate there tried to help but said I could only get store credit for generic pieces and could not return Alaska charms. She even called Alaska store and said she spoke to a very rude salesperson who said no one there would say that about returns and if I wanted them to address problem I could email them..I really did not want to spend time going back and forth with emails I would prefer to have my money back . Pandora should monitor what their franchises are saying as it is your reputation that is on the line. People in Md store were as helpful as they could be and were very apologetic and said they could understand my frustration

Even it was the first day of sale a lot of products was sold out.

I am Military and it would be nice to have a military discount and perhaps I will purchase more charms and bracelets in the future.

I was impressed that the store had a greeter who was very pleasant. Although the store was busy, I was waited on promptly. The sales associate too was very knowledgeable.

They didn’t have the Puerto Rico flag in stock.

Sales associate should have made more suggestions when my son said what he wanted to buy and when said charm was discontinued. Store was tight I realize it was Black Friday. Took a minute to locate items. Maybe the person was new or new to this store

The experience was not highly satisfying because I ALWAYS have to wait for one thing or another when shopping at any of your Pandora stores

It was my first shopping here, but wasn't happy with the packing of the purchase, the charms were not wrapped at all and no pouches were given to us.

The sale personal was rude act like she didn't want to sell me anything. Her attitude was very selfish, Don't understand why and she didn't even look at me not one time she keep her head down
