Pandora Jewelry

Compared to the other times I’ve purchased items in this store today was just a satisfied sale.

I enjoy shopping at pandora. I wish my location carried more items they seem to sell out fast.

I went into the store to have my jewelry cleaned and purchase my annual birthday charm. I advised the agent that I have 4 bracelets in total wondered why the bangle bracelet was so big and advised I only wore it a few times because I'm always afraid Im going to loose it. Only to find out that the agent that sold me the bracelet logged a 19 but gave me a 21. I asked the agent if there is something to be done and she advised there was not. So I had to re-purchase another of the same bracelet in the correct size and move all of my charms to the new bracelet. Now Im stuck with a too big bangle that will never be of any use to me.

when I entered the store I wasn't informed that there was a sign in sheet. Some said hello but no one said we will be right with you

The sales associate, Dawn, was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us choose what we were looking for.

The service was good. Everything else was decent. My ring is cute but it’s not amazing.

The visit was pretty good, I just wasn’t highly satisfied. It takes a lot to highly satisfy me, there’s nothing the store can do about it
