the ring I exchanged was too big and when I brought it back 4 days later, she said it was bent and that they normally don’t take back damaged merch. but she would allow it this time. I told her it must have been given to me that way because I only wore it twice. I didn’t appreciate the accusation that I had damaged it and then tried to return it

The store was a little crowded which I could not see all the brackets at once. Once it started to clear up I was able to move to that section and pick from other options.

Shopping at Pandora was very nice and the customer service was very good . Was shopping for my mom Birthday gift, and I think it would have been nice to have more options .

The sales assosiate was friendly and she helped me to open and close my bracelet. I also bought a charm for my bracelet

I tried 3 different Pandora stores to get the golden snitch charm, it was exhausting, now I get mine, it is for a gift. It wasn't available on line.

I got a pandora bracelet and several charms along with guard. Salesperson did not retry the bracelet on my wrist now I can't close the bracelet and need to return to the store again.

The line outside of the store was long and so was the wait. The store made it better by having a sales associate answer questions and hand out Pandora booklets to the customers in line.

There was a long line to get into the store. Good for Pandora! Bad for me. I do applaud you for having people wait until there was an available associate to help.

Waited in line outside. Didn’t feel I could browse. Felt that I needed to buy something because I was assigned an associate.

The items I purchased went on sale a couple of days following my purchase.
