I bought a bracelet and I couln't get the right size. Because I had to wait in line for about 45 min to get in the store :0/

My sales associate was great. The store was very clean. But you were out of stock on the type of charm for the last few visits.

Didn't have what I needed and Very expensive.

Being that with the current Pandemic of course I was not allowed to visit throughout the store, however I was unsatisfied with the 30 day return policy. I was purchasing products for my granddaughters birthday on September 16th and thought it best that I should make the purchase now while the products were accessible during this pandemic. Was told that the product could only be returned within 30 days of the purchase. This seem so unfair being that my granddaughter will not receive the product within the 30 day policy.

I was looking for specific charms that this location didn't have.

Timeliness and excellent customer service.

We understand the COVID procedures but it took 30mins to stand in line just to return something and exchange. Then we couldn’t walk around in the store to shop. There was more than six ft between the shoppers with masks on. We think it was overkill.

Great customer service very clean I was in & out love my purchase I will be shopping at this pandora store again friendly staff

My son entered the store before me and the expression on everyone’s face changed as if he were coming in to steal or become a problem. It was very disheartening to see him treated as if he didn’t belong.
